Allie Ball is a designer and creative director who turns big, messy problems into welcoming, felt experiences—especially in the complicated world of healthcare. She’s currently leading brand and product design at Tia, reimagining and redefining what a healthcare brand can feel like: designing clinics, patient and provider products, brand systems, and content and creative campaigns that make women’s healthcare more accessible, relatable, and all around human.
Before joining Tia, Allie oscillated between the world of digital product design, physical space design, and brand and marketing. In the past she has designed business education platforms at Google, launched cultural projects that bridged design, physical space, and technology at Genius and Rockwell Group LAB, and helped connect constituents to policymakers through civic tech at Code and Theory.
She has also taught Technology Studio I and II at Pratt's MFA for Communications Design, and UX Design NYU’s School of Professional Studies program. She occasionally consults and loves hearing about ideas, possible collaborations, and partnerships. She also sometimes speaks in front of audiences. For a full portfolio and resume, please reach out.
Allie is based in LA, but will always be a New Yorker at heart.
