New York State Senate
Code and Theory was asked to redesign the New York State Senate’s website from the ground up. The request centered on giving constituents more access, control, and visibility to the process of lawmaking and legislative activities at the local and state level government level.
We developed numerous ways for constituents to get involved, from creating a feature that encouraged constituents to share sentiment and vote on bills, influencing which bills get signed into law, to following and engaging in Senate committees, to creating a direct line from constituents to their Senator to send messages and share feedback.
